Frequently Asked Questions

Our main office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Our food pantry operates Tuesday-Saturday 9am-4pm. The community kitchen serves meals Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-1pm.

Most of our services are walk-in friendly with no appointment needed. For the food pantry, bring proof of Virginia Beach residency (ID and utility bill or lease). Youth programs require registration. Call us at (757) 555-0123 for specific program requirements.”

We provide transportation for youth programs from select school locations. For food pantry services, we offer home delivery for homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities. Contact us to discuss transportation needs.

We have volunteer opportunities Tuesday-Saturday with flexible shifts. Visit our Volunteer page to see current openings and apply online. All volunteers receive orientation and training. No prior experience is necessary.

Yes! We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible. You’ll receive an immediate receipt via email and an annual summary statement each January. Our EIN is 47-XXXXXXX.
